Apex Life Advisors is expanding our sales team, and we're looking to hire a few high-performing inside sales advisors to join our team! At our company, we take our work seriously with no stiff corporate environment. We show up for clients, help each other improve, and expect people to bring effort, initiative, and accountability to the table. This is a good fit for someone who likes being in control of their own output, doesn't need constant hand-holding, and wants their results to directly reflect the work they put in. In this full-time sales role, you'll speak with individuals who have already requested information about insurance coverage and help them understand the options available to them. You'll follow a proven system that keeps things organized and straightforward, while still giving you the flexibility to run your day, build momentum, and create your own success. The people who tend to do best here are motivated, competitive with themselves, comfortable taking ownership of their schedule, and driven by growth rather than just punching a clock.
